A product designed to reduce curing costs, also for accelerated and normal curing where product cost and durability are a concern.

Specifications

A one pound density, closed cell expanded polystyrene foam bonded to two 26 gauge galvanized steel skins painted white on the exterior side. The mating edges are tongue and groove, assuring a permanent seal and air tight joint. All butt ends are caulked or capped. Structures are designed for a ten pound per square foot uniform load. All exposed edges are enclosed, providing no exposed foam. Fasteners are #10 Cadmium plated screws with gasketed head. Base track is normally 18 gauge galvanized 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" channel fastened with expansion anchors to the floor or lower wall system.
